The Tin Can Cuisine label arose from an article previously listed in these pages and currently on display among the "Classics" Green Stuff.

The original concept was to provide tasty, hardy recipes for non-cooks. Well two out of three ain't bad.

Like most recipes these have traveled a long road. They came to me through books and friends and have been modifyed along the way. None of these is entirely mine and they all tend to be 'living' documents. Enjoy.
